Ready for Y2K

	+ Relatively inexpensive
	+ Sometimes the best option because the cost of a rewrite is prohibitive
	- Runs the risk that Microsoft or Intel will one day make your programs impossible
	- The programmers who can write in DOS Legacy languages are getting old, are harder to find and more expensive because of this
	- No access to "modern". Windows features such as printer selection.
	- May not be Y2k treated
